cup pies!

I've been wanting to make cup pies for ages. Ever since they were mentioned on my favorite, and now cancelled :( tv show, pushing daisies. Since we are spending today baking pies for tomorrow, I decided to take it on. I put the crust in large muffin cups and made the pie filling from this post. I made little leaves to put on top, I decided to put them on toward the end of the time in the oven, but that wasn't a good idea, so I ended up baking them on a cookie sheet seperately.

I do love adorable, and these are definitely adorable. I don't think there will be any left for tomorrow though!
