our thanksgiving flowers.

Today I bought some flowers for our thanksgiving table. I love love love these kind of flowers, they sort of look like wild flowers. I'm not a rose girl.





The colors aren't the most thanksgiving-y. But who cares.





I've got an apple pie in the oven, It's the first time I've ever made crust, I'm excited about it. It's going to be kind of ugly, but hopefully it'll taste good.

Speaking of baking and flowers, I adore the movie "Stranger than Fiction". I love the scene where Will Ferrell's character gives Maggie Gyllenhaals's character the flours. That's just about the cutest thing ever.
